Swaminathan Ganesan
Swaminathan is a Certified Salesforce Technical Architect and System Architect. He has managed Salesforce and Dynamics orgs across companies like Motorola,Univar, JLL and Jackson Financial.
He has experience integrating CRMS with a host of backend systems like Oracle, SAP and reporting systems like PowerBI / Tableau. He was also involved in merging and splitting of orgs in companies such as Univar and JLL.
He works as a Platform Techno-functional architect.
He has around 25 years of rich experience spanning multiple clients – his experience includes architecture design involving disparate systems that typically interact with Salesforce, their handshake protocols, maintainability, development of these systems and their rollout. His in-depth knowledge and expertise in CRM specific solutions including optimal scheme for Salesforce orgs, how to keep up with ever changing Salesforce ecosystems and the right way to integrate with other systems and their rollouts makes him a much sought-after expert in the industry.

Harini has 20+ years of experience managing complex programs in companies like Oracle, Ness Technologies and BEA Systems. Most of her experience has been in consulting in tech/functional lead roles – managing multiple projects, financial management and sales enablement for new projects within the account. She has managed large size globally distributed software projects through the full development lifecycle with total teams sizes varying from 10-300 across
geographies with 7m USD annual revenue. She has developed, managed and maintained retail sites for brands of Ascena Retail, Spencers Gifts etc. She has managed engineering teams across countries such as US, Europe and India. She was one of the early certified scrum masters from Scrum Alliance.
